Alcohol Consumption in Pregnancy/Breastfeeding and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) webinar recording
This RACGP accredited webinar aims to support primary health care professionals to provide accurate information, assessment, and support to reduce the risk of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) from maternal exposure to alcohol prior to conception, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Learning Outcomes
- Understand the risks of alcohol consumption during pregnancy, breastfeeding and when trying to conceive.
- Describe appropriate assessment strategies in relation to alcohol and pregnancy.
- Apply evidence-based advice consistent with national alcohol guidelines.
- Outline resources about alcohol, pregnancy, and breastfeeding to support discussion with consumers.
